The check-in staff were super nice, and I really appreciated the complimentary breakfast with fresh donuts that made my morning! I also enjoyed some time relaxing in the indoor pool and soaking in the hot tub after a long travel day. The only downside was that the room could have used a little freshening up, but overall it was a good experience! 🍩

The hotel was upgraded and spotlessly clean with a nice bar. The breakfast with freshly baked croissants. The location was central, near Rockaway Boulevard and 53rd St and the airport and transport. Came here for stopover, recommendable.
Wi-Fi was very poor, made me a little nervous.

We visited the Statue of Liberty and explored Central Park. The staff were super friendly and the location was perfect for our plans. Just a heads up, though, the rooms are a bit dated, but they're clean and comfy. Perfect for a budget getaway.
One thing that really bothered us was the shuttle service. After a long trip, we waited forever and ended up having to call an Uber.

Particularly good and perfect location - an easy walk to everywhere we needed. The rooms were neat and complete with a double bed, the bedroom, for example.

The room was tidy, and the shuttle service to the airport was convenient. The kids loved the tv. It kept them entertained while we prepped for our travels.
My kids wished for better amenities for families.

the check-in process was confusing (took a while). the bed was comfy and the bathroom was clean. shuttle service to the airport is super convenient. staff were friendly and accommodating during my stay.

The building is renovated and the rooms are great-sized with a good bathroom and the pictures online plus even a wardrobe. The staff are very attentive and respectful. The location is exceptionally nice and perfect, not very far from Ideal Food Basket. The airport is 5 km away

The overall decor felt outdated, particularly with dingy wallpaper and a ceiling marred by patchwork. Several furnishings were damaged, and the lack of a proper peep hole raised concerns about security. Air vents seemed overdue for a thorough cleaning, contributing to an odd smell lingering in the room.
